Antonio Camazzola, Billy for his friends, started his winemaking experiments in 2011, with a small abandoned vineyards that he managed to borrow. After years of experimentation between successes and failures, with the passion for making wine growing inside, he decided to live his Hostaria in Castel d'Ario and rent a 1,5 hectars vineyard in Mozambano, that was grown organically from 1985! This made his project Vigne del Pellagroso official, and he belived so much in it that the year after renten another 5,5 hectars!!
Billy works 100% following the byodinamic principles and he vinifies completely in a natural way, without adding any sulfur.
