Rocco di Carpeneto - Bett

An ancestral sparkling red. The grapes come from a vineyard planted between 1970 and 2000. It matures for about 6 months in terracotta amphorae before being bottled. A fresh bubble with excellent acidity and lovely tannins, making it extremely drinkable.
