"Fifty Shades of Grey" is a beautiful Pinot Gris with a cloudy amber color. Fermented in open vats and macerated for 10 weeks, then aged in ceramic eggs. The palate is lively and juicy, exotic aromas of white peach and guava with a taut saline finish.
