Alessandro Viola - Note di Bianco: Fresh and elegant Grillo from west Sicily, Alcamo

Podere della Bruciata - Tizzo: Blend of less known Tuscan local grapes, Canaiolo and Pugnitello, with a delicate ageing in not toasted oak barrels. Medium to full body red wine but not super heavy, pretty round and smooth
