A small winery in the heart of Tuscany’s Montepulciano, surrounded by hills and oak forests, Podere della Bruciata has always been focused on sustainable viticulture. Headed by Andrea Rossi, a third-generation vignaiolo, it produces wine with respect for the environment and the consumer. Rossi farms his vineyards without the use of pesticides, insecticides or herbicides and completely eschews the use of lab-grown yeasts or synthetic chemical compounds in the cellar. Their philosophy of ‘zero chemistry, only grapes’ results in fascinating, natural wines with a deep aroma and great vibrance.
