These are our winemakers, all working according the rhythm of nature , without any chemicals, minimizing intervention en guiding the grape juice during its natural transformation to become wine.

Our wines are made from grapes that grows without the use of pesticides, manually picked and spontaneously fermented by the native yeasts laying on the grapes. The wine is not filtered and not clarified, and contains none or little added sulphites.
