Feral was born out of its special connection with wild nature. It is a collective of brewers, scientists, foragers, chefs and entrepreneurs who want to do things differently. At Feral, they love beets and consciously take a new approach to food and drink: non-alcoholic and full of flavour. Their drinks are made from simple, often underappreciated ingredients that are carefully lacto-fermented and combined with roots, spices and herbs. Feral is turning the gastronomic world on its head by not offering an 'alternative to', but creating an entirely new standard. 

A fermented botanical drink from the Italian Dolomites. Nº2 is made with white beetroot, ginger, allspice and juniper berries. The taste is warm and spicy, rich in botanical nuances. Perfect to pair with spicy dishes, chocolate or to finish a delicious meal.
